Probearing spherical bearing cups are precision-machined from 4130 chromoly steel for maximum strength and durability. Each cup features chamfered snap ring grooves to prevent scarring during installation. We hold a tight ±.0002" tolerance on the cup bore to ensure a true press fit even after welding when used with our brass spherical bearing slug. The brass slug absorbs heat and helps maintain bore integrity, preventing distortion throughout the welding process. Probearing high-misalignment spacers are CNC-machined from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel and engineered to deliver maximum articulation without compromising strength.
