Probearing Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Ball Joints, SilentSpin Bushings, Rod Ends, and Spherical Bearings

At Probearing, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Limited Manufacturer Warranty applies to our ball joints, SilentSpin Bushings, rod ends, and spherical bearings (collectively referred to as "Products") purchased directly from Probearing or an authorized distributor.

Warranty Coverage
Probearing warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What We Will Do
If a Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Probearing will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product free of charge. Please note that Probearing will not cover any installation fees or related labor costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of the Product. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Probearing.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at:

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) and a brief description of the issue. Products must be returned to Probearing for evaluation, with shipping costs prepaid by the customer. If the claim is approved, we’ll cover return shipping for the repaired or replacement Product.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
  • Failures caused by use beyond the Product’s intended purpose or specifications.
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including labor costs for removal or reinstallation.

Limitations
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Probearing’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product and does not exceed the original purchase price.
