Polyurethane bushings are great for upper control arms, shackles, and even motor mounts. These bushings not only have a longer effective lifespan, but they also hold up better under the stresses that spirited driving can inflict on the original suspension bushings. They provide good vibration dampening compared to the firmer bushings such as delrin. We recommend using Probearing grease with polyurethane bushings for superior lubrication and to help prevent squeaks.

FAQ
Do these need grease?
Yes. Polyurethane needs grease to stay quiet and wear well. The helix grooves and face grooves are there to carry it. Grease the bore and both faces at install. We recommend one Poly Bushing Grease Packet per bushing.
Which size do I need?
Measure your housing and sleeve, then pick the matching option: 1.75" OD x 1" ID x .2" shoulder (G3650020-94BK) or 1.685" OD x 1" ID x .225" shoulder (G3C40023-88BK).
What's included?
(1) Polyurethane bushing. Order the quantity you need per pivot. Grease and inner sleeves are sold separately.
Poly vs Delrin vs SilentSpin?
Poly gives better vibration damping than firm Delrin and needs grease. Delrin is firmer with no deflection. SilentSpin is greaseless and maintenance-free.
How do I keep them from squeaking?
Squeaks usually mean the bushing is dry. Pull the pivot, clean out the dirt, and re-grease the bore and faces with poly-safe grease.
What is the warranty?
One year from purchase against defects in material and workmanship, for the original purchaser. Probearing will repair or replace at its discretion. To claim, email or call with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover installation or labor, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, in the original package and condition, if it is not installed or damaged and was bought directly from Probearing. A 3% processing fee applies. Shipped orders also have a 7% restocking fee, and neither return shipping nor the original shipping cost is refunded. Custom products are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. International buyers pay import taxes and fees. Orders over $500 need a signature. For bulk or freight orders, contact sales@probearing.com for a quote.
