What is the warranty?
One year from purchase against defects in material and workmanship, for the original purchaser. Probearing will repair or replace at its discretion. To claim, email or call with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover installation or labor, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it, in the original package and condition, if it is not installed or damaged and was bought directly from Probearing. A 3% processing fee applies. Shipped orders also have a 7% restocking fee, and neither return shipping nor the original shipping cost is refunded. Custom products are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. International buyers pay import taxes and fees. Orders over $500 need a signature. For bulk or freight orders, contact sales@probearing.com for a quote.

Ships within the US and internationally, mostly via UPS or USPS, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $500 require a signature. If a package arrives damaged or short, email sales@probearing.com with your order number and photos, keep all packaging, and don't install the parts.
